Fellow travellers, as you well know I write this blog out of
love. I selflessly offer my deep wisdom for the good of all humankind. And while knowing that I am making the world a better place is deeply fulfilling, there is a downside. Being so far ahead of my time and so spiritually advanced, I do suffer feelings of isolation from time to time. It's lonely at the top, as they say.
That's why it's nice to know that there are others who share my deep compassion, and visions for a kinder, gentler, more carbon neutral world. Jill Singer is one such soul. In her latest searing column she suggests an elegant final solution to the
denialist problem:
Andy Semple of the Menzies Institute claims it's "refreshing" for
someone with Murray's standing to take on the global warming "scam" by
expressing such views.
Really? I'm prepared to keep an open mind
and propose another stunt for climate sceptics - put your strong views
to the test by exposing yourselves to high concentrations of either
carbon dioxide or some other colourless, odourless gas - say, carbon
monoxide.
You wouldn't see or smell anything. Nor would your anti-science nonsense be heard of again. How very refreshing.
Yes, refreshing indeed. It's also heartening to read this, since I suggested much the same treatment several months ago.
These invasive pests need to be dealt with swiftly and decisively. So
why don't we use the very effective carbon dioxide solution described
above? They are such fans of the gas, and encourage its unfettered
production. So I think we should give them their wish, hold them down
and pump them full of it!
Isn't it wonderful to know that there are visionaries in the mainstream media who really are on the same page as I am, fellow travellers?
Of course there are those in Murdoch's hate media who think that such thoughts are totalitarian -
Andrew Bolt, for instance. But as fellow traveller Ron Merkel has said, Bolt himself is a
eugenicist.
Really, these totalitarians should get what's coming to them in the way Singer and I have imagined. That would not be fascist, but loving - an act of karmic retribution in the name of Gaia.
